  • If you are registering more than one student you will need the Drivers License Number and Date of Birth of each student. PLEASE HAVE THIS INformATION AT HAND BEFORE STARTING REGISTRATION

Refund / Re-Schedule Policy

The fee for the (BRC) Basic Rider Course is $235.00. The (BRC2) Experienced Rider Course is $125.00. This fee is non-refundable and is required prior to the class session to reserve your place in the class. Classes must have a minimum of six students registered in order to be held. If it is necessary for Motorsports Training Center to cancel a class for any reason, students will be rescheduled to another class or offered a refund.

If it is necessary for the student to reschedule, the office must be contacted by phone 903-561-8371 no less than 48 hours prior to the start of class in order to receive credit towards another class session. A $25.00 fee to reschedule may apply. If less than 48 hours notice is given, it will be considered a forfeit of the entire fee.

A student who does not show up for class, or who leaves during any part of the class for any reason, forfeits their entire fee and must pay the full fee again to reschedule another class. Students arriving after the agreed start time of the class session will not be admitted to the class and will be required to pay the full fee again to reschedule for another class session. Motorsports Training Center assumes no responsibility for classes missed as a result of student illness or other emergencies / events beyond it s control.

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, Debit Cards, personal checks, money orders, or cash.

A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

NOTE TO THE STUDENT: If you have physical limitations or are on medication, please be aware that the course is strenuous and physically demanding. It requires good balance and physical strength, and you must be able to balance a two wheel bicycle before riding a motorcycle in this class. If you have a heart condition, are prone to dizziness, or have a physical or mental condition which may adversely affect your performance, we advise against participating in the class. You are responsible for your own decision to participate. If your condition adversely affects your performance, our instructors will ask you to leave the class. No refunds will be given.

All students are required to be on time for each class session. All students are expected to participate fully in each and every exercise and to follow the directions of the instructor. Tardiness, absence from any part of the course, or failure to follow the direction of the instructor will result in dismissal from the course. No refunds will be given.
